Leading with Care and Courage – 4th Annual Leadership Symposium

Registration: $300 per person Registration includes nutrition breaks, lunch and workshop materials.

Symposium Goals:
- Reimagine leadership as a relational practice rather than a role or program.
- Explore the dispositions that sustain meaningful leadership.
- Practice strategies for engaging in courageous, growth-oriented conversations.
- Reflect on the systems and cultures that enable ongoing professional learning.
- Identify ways to find greater meaning and collective purpose within their teams.
Lorrie has been actively working in the early learning field for 40 years and currently is the Pedagogical Consultant with Compass Early Learning and Care (ELC) in Peterborough, ON. Lorrie has immersed herself in the early learning field strengthening her understanding of the teaching and learning process.
