With over 30 years of experience in early learning\, Lorrie brings hands‑on knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting educators in their everyday work with children. \n\n\n\nA six‑part virtual series that invites participants to slow down\, reflect\, and grow together. Leadership is more than roles and tasks. It’s about how we listen\, care\, communicate\, and learn alongside one another. This series offers space to explore personal values\, strengthen communication andfacilitation skills\, and build confidence in navigating meaningful and sometimes challenging conversations. \n\n\n\nRegistration is not a requirement and is open to early learning educators working in child care and child and family programs on reserve. We encourage participants to attend all six sessions if they are able\, as each one builds on the last and enriches the overall experience. However\, attending every session is not required.
